Senior Packaging Designer

Job Description

: What will you work on?

The Senior Packaging Designer works closely with the Director, Brand Design on brand design initiatives for our Wheels Action category.

How will you create impact?

• Working under the art direction of the VP, Design you will create branding and packaging design concepts that support brand strategies.
• Work with production team to ensure integrity of design in final deliverables.
• Solicit creative direction from key team members on the product development team and marketing team in a timely manner.
• Develop marketing support materials, creative boards and layout presentations for new and existing business development presentations
• Develop digital marketing assets where required.
• Collaborate with Production, Structural Engineering, Marketing, Quality Control and Product Development teams as well as overseas agents, as necessary, in the package development and approval process.
• With support from the photo studio team, direct and manage photoshoots when needed for packaging development
• Manage 1-2 freelance designers

What are your skills and experience?

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in California is $85,000 to $95,000 USD per annum.
