What We Are Looking For In You :

Firstly~  If you are EXPERIENCED in Real Estate, you will need to have the humility and openness to allow yourself to learn from a team that has proven success doing things slightly different. Be humble enough to know there still may be things you can learn to push you to a higher level

If you are NEW to Real Estate, you will need to have an appetite for learning and an eager student mentality that will allow you to become an expert in real estate and help you make recommendations quickly to suit client needs

We are looking for motivated, licensed sales professionals who want to join a team of like-minded brokers.

We have more leads than we know what to do with and want to share them with new team members who are looking for a new opportunity. As things keep changing in this market we are not struggling but pushing our way through with tenacity and consistency in our daily habits.

Compensation :

As a licensed broker in the state of Washington, pay is 100% commission-driven. The income potential for this position is substantial and limited only by your desire and effort.
