Overview : WAGE : $17.50 / hour

Contribute to the hiring process by screening applicants and assisting with recruitment efforts.

Responsibilities :

  • Support the recruitment process and prepare reports .
  • Screen applications and complete phone interviews.
  • Assist with onboarding activities when necessary.
  • Maintain candidate records and databases.
  • Communicate with candidates and provide updates.

Qualifications :

  • Some college coursework preferred, especially in Human Resources
  • Business Administration, or a related field or previous experience in Recruiting , employee relations, or HR functions
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
