A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to provide administrative assistance to the Learning & Development team.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule meetings and ensure attendance of relevant parties
Prepare agendas and distribute detailed recap notes from meetings
Maintain project schedules and create presentations for L&D materials
Required Qualifications & Experience
2+ years experience in a project coordinator role
Experience with scheduling software (preferably SmartSheets)
Advanced skills in Google Docs and spreadsheets
Experience with L&D and creative workflow processes is a plus
Self-starter with strong self-initiative
