Job Title : Senior Financial Analyst Accounting

Location : New York NY 10065

Assignment Duration : 25 Weeks

Schedule : MondayFriday 9 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM (1-hour break)

Pay Rate : $30 / hr $35 / hr

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst Accounting to support financial operations within an IT administration environment. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities experience with reimbursement and cost accounting practices and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. This role involves financial analysis budgeting support contract review and ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting and documentation.

Responsibilities

Conduct financial analysis reporting and account reconciliation to support departmental goals.

Assist with budgeting forecasting and cost accounting activities.

Ensure compliance with reimbursement methodologies and accounting standards.

Monitor financial performance identify variances and recommend corrective actions.

Analyze and interpret contracts to verify financial requirements and timelines.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders while delivering professional and timely customer service.

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

Support process improvement initiatives to enhance financial operations.

Complete tasks independently while incorporating training and feedback.

Required Skills & Experience

35 years of related financial or accounting experience.

Strong knowledge of :

Reimbursement methodologies

Budgeting practices

Cost accounting principles

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Experience reviewing and interpreting contracts.

Education

Bachelors degree required.

Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
