Our Pool Maintenance Technicians are held to a high standard at Blue Science. In this customer-facing role, you will maintain pools, inspect equipment, and manage customer expectations daily. This position will be located in the Dallas, TX metro.

The service areas include Denton, Argyle, Flower Mound, Lewisville, The Colony, Aubrey, Cross Roads, Prosper, Little Elm, McKinney, Frisco, Allen, Plano, Wylie, Rockwall, Rowlett, Sunnyvale, Garland, University Park, Irving, Farmers Branch, Carrollton, and any additional surrounding areas.

Your service area will depend on where you are currently located.

Job Description

• Perform weekly cleaning and maintenance on clients' pools by skimming, vacuuming, and brushing walls and steps.
• Maintain and clean pool filters.
• Adjust, maintain, and regularly test the water to ensure proper chemistry.
• Consistently inspect pools and equipment, providing solutions and troubleshooting any issues.
• Resolve client or customer concerns and provide excellent customer care.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Type : Full-time

Production Pay : $750 - $1,100.00 per week

Bonus Structure :

$1,000 bonus after 90 days of satisfactory performance

Additional $1,000 bonus after 180 days of continued satisfactory performance
