Cleaner (South Beach Addiction Treatment Center)

Duties Description The candidate selected will be responsible for cleaning an inpatient addiction treatment center.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
• removing garbage
• cleaning offices, hallways and common areas
• sweeping and mopping floors
• cleaning patient bedrooms once vacated
• cleaning bathrooms including toilets, showers and sinks
• buffing and waxing floors
• Other job-related duties

Minimum Qualifications Must be physically able to perform medium to heavy physical labor and able to understand and carry out written or oral instructions. Candidates with experience in commercial cleaning preferred.
