Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a similar field
5+ years of experience in Client Success, Customer Operations, or Service Delivery in relevant sectors
Strong commercial mindset with experience improving MRR and expansion revenue
Background supporting enterprise retail or banking customers preferred
Solid operational and leadership capability in delivery environments
