A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to support the sales team and clients through the implementation process.
Key Responsibilities
Answer escalated calls from sales and other departments to support clients
Manage client portfolios, including activity, growth, services, and cancellations
Perform client demonstrations and software walk-throughs on products and services
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Minimum of one (1) year of client services experience (major account experience preferred)
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and various departments
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
Strong internet and personal computer skills are a must
