Summary of position :

To process title transfers include new plate, plate transfers, intransit out of state, export, dealer bought & sold transactions - as well as handle any problems with titles and to keep accurate records of all titles. To collect, correct and verify that all titled vehicles, motor homes, watercrafts, trailers, etc. are present and available before the auction. To be clear and respectful when informing customers about company policies. To kindly direct customers in next step in pick up process.

Schedule :

Saturdays 8AM-1 : 00 PM

Title experience with vehicles or boats

Experience with Police book

Essential Job Functions :

Typical Title Based Duties

• Type RD-180s / TR-11s / WR-11s accurately and complete title transfer process

Explaining Plating Options to customer - New Plate, Plate Transfer, Intransit Plate, etc

Data Entry - Creating an entry for every unit we sell

Accounting for daily EFT withdrawal

Verify that every item in auction that needs a title has one
