Position Overview : As the Assistant General Manager at Supreme Dumplings, you will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests. Your role will involve leadership, team management, customer service, and operational support to maintain our high standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Operational Support : Assist in managing restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.

Customer Service : Uphold our commitment to exceptional customer experiences by resolving issues, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Team Leadership : Supervise and train staff members, provide guidance and support, and promote a positive work culture focused on teamwork and excellence.

Qualifications :

Previous experience (2+ years) in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant / hospitality industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with customers, colleagues, and vendors.

Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Knowledge of restaurant operations, including POS systems, inventory management, and basic financial principles.
