Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $60,000 to $250,000, depending on experience and book size.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and prospects.
• Develop and grow a book of business by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Collaborate with internal teams and leadership to leverage resources and tools for success.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market opportunities to better serve clients.
• Attend weekly sales and retention meetings and maintain a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications/Requirements

For Employee Benefits Producers:

• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• A willingness to learn and adapt, regardless of prior experience in self-funded or fully insured markets.
• A balance between sales and service, with a hands-on approach to client management.

For Commercial Producers:

• Experience in industries such as real estate, manufacturing, or other verticals is preferred.
• Proven ability to network, generate new business, and build strong market connections.
• A relationship-driven mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.

General Requirements:

• A proven track record of success in sales, with a book of business generating $50,000+ in revenue.
• Experience working with clients ranging from 50 to 500 employees.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to succeed in a competitive market.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a supportive team.
