Strong computer skills for maintenance tracking systems and inventory management. We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee all facility and equipment maintenance operations, ensuring maximum efficiency, safety, and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure smooth operation of production and facility equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Oversee troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades of mechanical, electrical, and packaging systems.
- Manage vendor relationships for parts, equipment, and contracted services.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
