HVAC Installation Manager | $60,000 - $80,000 per year, Salary + bonuses

We are looking for an HVAC Installation Manager to join our team!

Ideal applicants will have field experience with residential & light commercial installations, managing / supervising installers, and training & mentoring.

    • Position : HVAC Installation Manager

    Compensation : $60,000 -$80,000 per year, Salary + bonuses

    Work Schedule : Monday to Friday, Full-time

    What you will be doing :

  • Supervise the daily installation operations for new and replacement systems
  • Scheduling and dispatch of install crews
  • Quality controls on all new installs and to monitor the install crews to ensure the installations are being done correctly and neatly
  • Clear and concise communications with company customers, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead time.
  • Assist in the training and efficiency of company installers.
  • Implementation and enforcement of company's purchasing policy.
  • Supervise the company's installation crew and help to ensure the profitability of installation jobs through efficiencies and doing it right.
  • Proccing timecards

    • Qualifications :

  • 5+ years related experience in HVAC field personnel management
  • Experience working in the HVAC field required
  • Management / Supervisor experience
  • Residential / Light commercial installation experience
  • Able to train and mentor employees
  • Ability to delegate
  • Well Organized
  • Advanced level knowledge of software technologies and devices
  • Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office Software
  • Advanced customer service skills
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • Knowledge of Service Titan is a plus
