Hexcel is currently seeking a Program Manager for our Kent, WA location.

As a Program Manager, you will lead cross‑functional teams, partner with customers, and help drive high‑visibility initiatives that advance our mission and deliver meaningful value across the business.

Summary pay range : $115,842-$198,586 annual salary.

What You’ll Do

You will lead complex programs from concept through execution, ensuring alignment, clarity, and measurable outcomes. Key responsibilities include :

• Drive program execution by developing integrated plans, managing timelines, and monitoring progress across engineering, operations, quality, and commercial teams.
• Serve as the primary customer liaison , ensuring program expectations, technical issues, and milestones are clearly communicated and resolved.
• Lead change management processes , including evaluation, coordination, and approval of program modifications.
• Analyze program performance , including revenue forecasts, risk identification, mitigation planning, and regular status reporting to leadership.
• Coordinate cross‑functional activities for product qualification, customer interactions, and readiness for production launch.
