Denny's Culinary Specialist

Join our dynamic team at Denny's as a Culinary Specialist! Reporting to the General Manager and Restaurant Manager, you will prepare and present delicious food cooked to order while following our company menu and food specifications. Your commitment to safe food handling regulations will ensure a great dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare, cook, and present food to order while adhering to company brand standards and recipe guidelines.
• Follow correct food prepping procedures and properly store and rotate perishable stock.
• Maintain food temperatures according to Denny's Brand Standards and local regulations.
• Prepare special orders as requested by guests.
• Keep stock levels at shift par standards and assist with inventory and deliveries as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness of all cooking equipment and work areas.
• Adhere to safe food handling principles to ensure health compliance.
• Complete side work and deep cleaning assignments on time.
• Show knowledge of our product and menu offerings.
• Monitor waste and food cost controls.
• Address guest complaints and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Support team members as needed and maintain a positive work environment.
