Unit Overview :
Join our dynamic 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, where you will care for patients undergoing complex procedures, including post-operative care for craniotomies, spine surgeries, and stroke management. Be part of a team that leverages the latest techniques in neurosurgical care.
Your Responsibilities :
- Assess patient needs and implement individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes.
- Utilize clinical judgment to recognize changes in patient conditions.
- Lead discharge planning and apply evidence-based practices.
- Contribute to a positive patient experience through effective communication.

Qualifications :
- Current RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Completion of an accredited nursing program.
