As an unarmed patrol professional with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail and mall locations to help maintain a secure environment. Your visible presence and routine patrols help to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. By embodying our values of agility, reliability, and teamwork, you play a key role in supporting a positive atmosphere for everyone at the location.

Pay Rate : $23.66 / Hour

Job Schedule : DayTime Thur 04 : 00 PM - 12 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter, observing for unusual activity and reporting as necessary.
  • Help to deter potential security-related incidents by maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.
  • Communicate clearly with clients, visitors, and staff, offering assistance and information as needed.
  • Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal protocols.
  • Collaborate with law enforcement and / or emergency services when required.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures while representing Allied Universal at the client location.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Active Department of Defense Secret Clearance required.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
