Military and Military Spouse Fellowship Program

APPLY NOW - The ULEAD/UPMC Military & Military Spouse Fellowship (MSF) is a tailored, temporary fellowship program designed to support professional growth, personal development, and skill-building of veterans and military spouses. The program offers a structured, supportive environment that empowers fellows to navigate the transition to civilian careers and succeed in professional roles. In addition to fostering career readiness, the fellowship also serves as a potential pathway to employment within UPMC.

Program Goals:

Enhance Core Competencies: Enhance Core Competencies: Strengthen essential skills such as communication, leadership, project management, and technical proficiency through work-based learning experiences at UPMC that allow participants to apply their knowledge, gain hands-on exposure, and expand their professional networks.
