Qualifications

As a W2 employee with full benefits your salary will be guaranteed for both full- and part-time doctors . FT starts at just 34 hours / week and PT at 25 hours / week. Our vets are paid hourly so if you decide to stay late to help a clinic catch up, you will get paid for every minute of that shift. Each IndeVet's hourly compensation is determined by your location and the number of years you have actively been practicing veterinary medicine. The current range for this market is $77.00 - $85.00 an hour. Our FT Associate IndeVets start out with a base that's over six figures and that doesn't include all of the ways you can earn more by taking shifts that offer additional compensation that can add up to an additional $10.00 -$20.00 an hour. There are tons of ways to earn, but all on your terms.
