About the Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Manager of Database Reliability to lead our dynamic team responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our database platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and mentoring technical staff, extensive experience with AWS and its core technologies, experience in site reliability and on-call, and excellent communication skills. You will be the go-to person for both your team and other departments when they need help, as you are known for your willingness and ability to provide meaningful assistance.

• Technical Expertise : You possess deep knowledge of AWS and its core technologies, with hands-on experience in database reliability, deployment automation, and cloud infrastructure management.

For Colorado-based employment : The target salary range is $138,000 - $180,000. In addition to base salary, the compensation package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, as well as equity and a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.

For New York-based employment : The minimum salary for this position is $138,000 / year. The maximum salary for this position $180,000 / year. In addition to base salary, the compensation package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, as well as equity and a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.
