Excellent Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits 401K Job Details Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from conception to completion. Develop and implement project strategies and plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure plans and specifications are followed. Manage project budget and schedule, including tracking and controlling project costs to avoid overruns. Conduct risk management to minimize project risks, including identifying potential issues and proactively proposing solutions. Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with safety standards and regulations. Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, fostering a positive working environment that encourages collaboration and high-performance. Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and team members. Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry. Proven experience in fabrication is essential. PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an asset. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead by example and foster a positive working environment. Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience with complex construction projects. Strong understanding of construction procedures, material, and project management principles. Proficient in project management software. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively manage expectations and resolve conflicts. Outstanding organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of building codes, laws, and regulations.
