Your role will involve employing various techniques such as counseling, psychotherapy, and psychological testing to address clients' psychological concerns.

The Psychologist position in Burrell's Autism Department offers an exciting opportunity to provide a variety of services, depending on scope of training and clinical competence. Treatment modalities may include providing comprehensive Autism Evaluations with a multi-disciplinary diagnostic team and / or individual, group, and family counseling services. As a licensed Psychologist, you will collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure authorized services are approved and that adequate information is provided within specified time frames. The Psychologist position offers :

• Competitive Salary - A salary range of $93,273-$98,273 per year, plus up to $12,000 in annual incentives.
• Sign-On Bonus - A $5,000 sign-on bonus for new hires.
• Retention Bonus - A $5,000 retention bonus after one year of employment.
• Clinical Supervision Compensation - $7,800 per year for clinical / licensure supervision per PLP or $2,600 per year for intern supervised.
• Relocation Allowance : A relocation allowance for the right candidate (amount negotiable based on distance and circumstances).
• Mileage Reimbursement - Company paid for work functions requiring travel
• Work-Life Balance : No on-call duties, Monday to Friday schedule with potential for flexible hours.
• Paid Time Off : 29 days per year, including vacation and holiday pay.
