Job Summary

Position : General Production Worker

Location : Springfield, MO

Experience Level : Entry Level – Mid Level

Shifts : 2nd Shift & 3rd Shift

Pay : $20.89 / hour (+ $3 raise after 90 days )

Overtime : Good overtime available!

Job Description

As a Production Worker, you will perform a variety of general production and assembly duties in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include machine setup, material handling, visual quality inspections, and documentation of production numbers.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up machines for daily operation
• Load and unload materials to meet production goals
• Visually inspect parts for defects and perform quality checks
• Complete all paperwork and daily production logs
• Follow all safety regulations and workplace procedures

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.89 - $20.89 / hr.
