• Your Responsibilities :

As an Associate Attorney, you will be consulting on the following :

• LLC, S-Corp and other entity set-ups
• Estate Planning
• Tax Planning
• Self-Directed Retirement Planning
• Small and medium business counseling / advising
• Working with clients from all over North America
• Skills & Abilities :

We are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney for our Cedar City, UT office. The ideal candidate must have :

• at least 1 year experience with business, tax, and estate planning
• customer service focus and ability to interact with clients daily
• strong communication skills as Attorneys consult and advise clients and paralegals handle the routine document drafting and filing (e.g. entities, estate plans). xuwmhxw
• willingness to keep up with frequent changes in existing laws and desire to learn new areas of law
• aptitude for cooperation and collaboration with staff and colleagues in various departments
• ability to follow through and utilize effective time management skills
• Preferred experience :
• Advising small and mid-sized businesses on business structures and entity set-up, tax considerations and minimization strategies, transactions, and business and estate planning.

Pay : $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
