A company is looking for a Support Technician to provide back-end support for a Safety Incident Management System.
Key Responsibilities
Provide ongoing back-end support for the Cority system and perform administrative tasks
Manage user accounts, access provisioning, and permissions while optimizing system workflows
Conduct regular quality control checks, data validation, and create custom reporting dashboards
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience providing back-end support for enterprise technology systems
Strong proficiency with report-writing tools connected to back-end databases
Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and complex reporting
Hands-on experience with enterprise databases and cloud-based systems
Experience with safety / incident management systems is preferred
