You'll help us source the highest quality parts and services from around the globe while ensuring optimal cost and on-time delivery. You'll also contribute to establishing a robust supply chain so that we can continually produce the vehicles our customers want.

Responsibilities

What you'll do...

• Application of category management skill set to optimize the commodity and sourcing strategy
• Lead for commodity knowledge and market intelligence including cost, bill of process, etc.
• Lead TVM activities (NA and global lead / coordination) including objective setting and delivery
• Lead Program sourcing activities (SOBA & CPA)
• Lead sourcing strategy development and execution
• Lead strategic initiatives including Gap Week, Cost Strategy Week, QCDR / QBR Quarterly Meetings
• Lead cross-functional interface (PD / Finance / STA)

This position is a range of salary grades 6-8 .

This position is hybrid. Candidates who are in commuting distance to a Ford hub location may be required to be onsite four or more days per week.
