About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated Entry-Level Marketing Associate to join our dynamic and growing team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or early-career professional who’s passionate about marketing for good, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a tangible difference through their work.

What You’ll Do

Support the execution of event-based marketing campaigns

Conduct market research and assist in identifying outreach opportunities

Brainstorm with team members to ensure successful campaign implementation

Engage directly with community members to promote nonprofit initiatives

Assist with sales and fundraising support through grassroots outreach

Track and report on campaign results and community impact

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Interest or experience in marketing, sales, or community outreach

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Passion for nonprofit work and social impact

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required)
