Mental Health Therapist and Group lead

Our nationally accredited team is currently seeking a mental health therapist / counselor to provide therapy services for adolescents and adults in our PHP group-based and individual treatment! This position focuses on providing PHP group therapy for our clients!

Your Role :

• Therapeutic Excellence : Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Evidence-Based Care : Provide group and individual therapy to teens and adults using evidence-based practices to address depression, anxiety, and social challenges.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for your clients.
• Mentorship : Guide and mentor advanced graduate interns.
• Group Therapy : Lead our nationally accredited PHP group therapy program 5 days a week (after school and early evening hours).

Qualifications :

• Must be licensed in Arizona as an LAC, LMSW, LAMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
• Provide current level one fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety and renew as applicable.
• Continuously maintain active cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid certification.
