Performs a number of routine tasks following set procedures in the field of Warehousing/Material Management. Some problem-solving ability is required.

Warehouse Coordinator I - New Century

Sample coordinator responsibilities consist of sample preparation including the shipping, receiving, and general sample warehouse maintenance.

These responsibilities include, but are not limited to ordering, picking, filling, and preparation of customer orders following GMP guidelines. Coordination with the supply chain, Innovations, and sales personnel in sending samples to customers and other IFF locations. Ensuring that all required shipping documents are properly prepared according to the customers request along with various other administrative duties.

Required Skills...

• High level of computer skills in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills

• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Understand and follow good manufacturing practices (GMP) for the care, handling, and storage of food products

• Ability to lift 55 pounds in a safe manner

Required Experience

• High School Diploma/GED2+ years of experience /education in a manufacturing, laboratory, military, or a related role.

• Material handling forklift experience
