Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst / Tableau Reporting Analyst with strong experience in Tableau reporting, SQL querying, and data analytics. The ideal candidate will be responsible performing data analysis, and working closely with business and technical teams to map, identify, and validate data fields across multiple data sources.

Key Responsibilities

Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data from relational databases

Perform data analytics and analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights

Conduct field-to-field mapping across source systems, data warehouses, and reporting layers

Identify, validate, and reconcile data fields to ensure consistency and accuracy

Collaborate with data engineers, product owners, and business users to understand data definitions

Support data quality checks, validation, and root-cause analysis

Document data logic, field definitions, and reporting specifications

Assist in report automation and performance optimization

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

Hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server / Cloud

Knowledge of Tableau reporting, dashboard design, filters, parameters, and calculated fields

Proficient in SQL (joins, subqueries, CTEs, performance tuning)

Solid understanding of data analytics and data analysis techniques

Experience with field mapping, data lineage, and identifying source-to-target fields

Ability to find, validate, and reconcile fields across multiple data sources

Experience working with data warehouses ( SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
