Technical Program Manager

Our client, a leader in the financial services and healthcare industries, is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join their team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be part of the Client Implementation & Enablement department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, stakeholder management abilities, and technical fluency, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Lead end-to-end technical onboarding programs for strategic clients, defining scope, milestones, and success criteria.
• Build and implement repeatable onboarding frameworks, playbooks, templates, and automation to streamline processes.
• Manage technical integration projects including APIs, data migrations, connectors, and real-time flows, ensuring smooth architecture handoffs and environment provisioning.
• Serve as the senior client-facing program lead, conducting kickoff meetings, status reviews, steering committees, and executive communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery across engineering, product, security, compliance, QA, operations, professional services, and third-party vendors to ensure timely and successful project completion.
