Key Responsibilities
Oversee quality and performance metrics of the claims processing team
Manage claims inventory to ensure timely processing and adherence to SLAs
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for claims quality and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or eight years of relevant claims processing experience, including four years in management
Full knowledge of DMHC, DHS, and CMS Regulations and Guidelines
Experience with contract law and Division Responsibility matrix interpretation
Comprehensive knowledge of AB1455 regulations
