A company is looking for a Manager, Care Coaching.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of care coaches and care advisors to deliver caregiver support services

Oversee daily business operations, including referral workflows and case management

Develop and implement coaching programs while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of progressive management and leadership experience

3 years of experience in program or solution development within Medicare and Medicaid programs

Ability to develop workflows and training documents

Proficiency in common software and web-based applications

Bilingual skills in Spanish are highly desired
