    We need a Multi Unit Sales and Operations Manager who can attract train and develop talent. You have the power and autonomy to motivate your teams to succeed and help them achieve their goals. As a MU S / O Manager you are magnetic creative and persistent.

    Whatever issue may arise you utilize problem-solving skills critical thinking and excellent judgment under pressure.

    • Role Responsibilities / Duties

    • Source recruit and train your dream team - all Sales Managers and Operations Managers
    • Lead teams to generate new business via lead generation and new member conversions
    • Set and meet sales goals
    • Allocate time in all studios based on the managerial needs of the locations
    • Review and educate Sales Managers and Operations Managers on individual and studios KPIs
    • Staff development
    • Schedule and plan education workshops
    • Assist Fitness Manager with coach evaluations as needed
    • Maintaining high customer service scores reflected in NPS
    • Payroll Commissions and Timecard reconciliation

    • Proven flexibility and willingness to handle various tasks independently and to meet deadlines
    • Leadership Skills : Able to motivate discipline and resolve conflict
    • Ability to source train and develop talent on sales and fitness teams
    • Education Requirements :

    • Bachelors degree
    • 3-5 years of managerial experience ideally in a fitness setting.
    • Physical Demands :

      Physical requirements can vary. These must be reviewed with management. This position may require the following physical activities : Ability to lift a minimum of 2 pounds to a maximum of 20 pounds unassisted; able to sit stand stoop walk stretch reach frequently; moderate range of body motions.

      About Empire :

      About Us

      Orangetheory is a science-based full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are a 60-minute class led by a highly trained and certified coach members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
