Work Schedule

  • Shift : Full-time, Days

  • Setting : On-site clinical care

    • Compensation & Benefits

    Salary Range : $66,500 - $87,360 annually

  • Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)
  • Paid time off, paid holidays, and continuing education support

    • Job Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient goals
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living, work skills, and overall function
  • Monitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care
  • Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and adaptive techniques
  • Ensure compliance with documentation and regulatory standards
  • Participate in departmental meetings, quality improvement activities, and interdisciplinary rounds

    • Job Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current Occupational Therapy license in the State of Massachusetts (required)
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a practicing OT in a healthcare setting (preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
