Salary Range : $66,500 - $87,360 annually

Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient goalsProvide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living, work skills, and overall functionMonitor and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as neededCollaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive careEducate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and adaptive techniquesEnsure compliance with documentation and regulatory standardsParticipate in departmental meetings, quality improvement activities, and interdisciplinary roundsJob Requirements
Master's Degree in Occupational TherapyCurrent Occupational Therapy license in the State of Massachusetts (required)Minimum of 2 years' experience as a practicing OT in a healthcare setting (preferred)Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
