This is a 11-week paid learning experience during which youll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. What Its Like

The AI Product Management team builds customer facing AI capabilities to enable better experiences reduce calls to care improve revenue and solve customer problems. The team is focused on company wide major initiatives that have high visibility and large scale impact. We have delivered chat in T-Life first of kind Journey bot to help customers upgrade with assistance and bringing voice bot to other channels.

What Youll Do

The intern will own a piece of the roadmap and learn the end to end product delivery. Will dive into data find problems write requirements to build capabilities to solve that work to launch it and measure and report on its impact.

Key Responsibilities

Data analysis and insights building

Writing requirements

Building prototypes

Support development and prioritization

Create presentations and storytelling

Drive product review and stakeholder alignment

Test their products

Support product delivery go to market launch

What it Takes

Entrepreneurship technical depth building AI products exploring data science

• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or GED
• Candidates must be currently enrolled in a degree program and have at least one semester remaining following the internship

Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for internships

Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

Relocation may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

Intern wages range from $20 / hour to $40 / hour. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on experience / location.
