We are seeking a licensed, patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our dental team. The ideal candidate is skilled in preventive dental care, patient education, and building strong patient relationships while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence and infection control.

Key Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) responsibilities include :

• Perform dental cleanings (prophylaxis), scaling, and root planing
• Take digital dental X-rays
• Conduct periodontal assessments and charting
• Apply preventive treatments (fluoride, sealants)
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, home care, and preventive dentistry
• Identify signs of oral disease and report findings to the dentist
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Follow OSHA, CDC, and infection control protocols
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean operatory
• Support a positive, welcoming patient experience

Qualifications

Current Dental Hygienist license in the state of practice

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene

CPR / BLS certification (required)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and commitment to patient care

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
