Overview :
The Packaging Specialist is responsible for ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient packaging of pharmaceutical products in accordance with regulatory standards and company quality guidelines. This role supports production operations by managing packaging processes, materials, and documentation to maintain product integrity and meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate and monitor packaging equipment to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Perform line clearance, setup, and changeovers according to SOPs.
- Inspect packaged products for quality, labeling accuracy, and adherence to specifications.
- Maintain detailed batch records and documentation for regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Production teams to resolve packaging issues and implement improvements.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of packaging materials to prevent contamination or damage.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for packaging processes and equipment.
