Senior Qualtrics Developer, Subject Matter Expert for a longer term contract onsite in the Southbay / Los Angeles area.

What you will be doing :

Application design , development , and production support for multiple large projects using Qualtrics technologies
Conduct development workstreams – design , testing and deployment
Working with junior members
Improve SDLC process through the development , testing , and support
Daily Scrum sessions
Identify enhancements through customer interaction
Define systems architecture
Research and resolve Qualtrics application issues
Evaluate the daily and monthly batch process
Perform Impact Analysis across multiple Qualtrics platforms and applications
On-call for production support (night and weekends)
Create timelines
Provide technical leadership
Writing documents
Maintain the security of the application software
Perform code review, mentor and coach Junior Developers
Subject Matter Expert for Qualtrics applications
Performs unit and integration testing
Codes , tests , and debugs new software or makes enhancements to existing software
Writes programs
Develop technical documentation
Resolves problems with existing production applications
Generates a variety of complex reports
Recommending design
Implementing , monitoring , testing , and auditing new software programs

What you will need :

MUST HAVE - Qualtrics Platform Developer I or II certification

Hands-on experience with Salesforce - Service Cloud , Community Cloud , and Marketing Cloud

7-10+ years of experience with complex Qualtrics Application Development

3-5+ years of experience in leading / managing a workstream on enterprise implementations

Experience leading Qualtrics developers

Experience designing and developing Qualtrics platform features such as custom objects , validation rules , workflows , assignment rules , formula fields , custom reporting , and modifying pages , views , and dashboards

Application development

Solve complex software problems

Developing customer-facing applications

Developing Qualtrics code using Qualtrics platform .

Unit testing

Agile and Waterfall

Qualtrics capabilities , governor limits

Preferred

Cloud Consultant Certifications - Sales , Service , Community , or Marketing
