Senior Qualtrics Developer, Subject Matter Expert for a longer term contract onsite in the Southbay / Los Angeles area.
What you will be doing :
- Application design , development , and production support for multiple large projects using Qualtrics technologies
- Conduct development workstreams – design , testing and deployment
- Working with junior members
- Improve SDLC process through the development , testing , and support
- Daily Scrum sessions
- Identify enhancements through customer interaction
- Define systems architecture
- Research and resolve Qualtrics application issues
- Evaluate the daily and monthly batch process
- Perform Impact Analysis across multiple Qualtrics platforms and applications
- On-call for production support (night and weekends)
- Create timelines
- Provide technical leadership
- Writing documents
- Maintain the security of the application software
- Perform code review, mentor and coach Junior Developers
- Subject Matter Expert for Qualtrics applications
- Performs unit and integration testing
- Codes , tests , and debugs new software or makes enhancements to existing software
- Writes programs
- Develop technical documentation
- Resolves problems with existing production applications
- Generates a variety of complex reports
- Recommending design
- Implementing , monitoring , testing , and auditing new software programs
