Class A Flat Bed Driver

We're looking for a seasoned CDL Flatbed Class A Driver to join our Vegas team. If you have a passion for logistics, safety, and working behind the scenes of world-class productions, this role is for you! You'll play a critical role in ensuring our high-end equipment arrives on time and ready to roll.

• Safely operate a tractor-trailer or heavy-duty flatbed truck (26,000+ GVW) to transport rental equipment to Vegas’s biggest venues, festivals, and productions.
• Load, secure, and unload stage gear, lighting rigs, and heavy machinery while ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle and trailer integrity.
• Ensure DOT and company compliance with all safety regulations and proper documentation.
• Maintain accurate logs and records of deliveries, pickups, and service calls.
• Provide exceptional customer service while working with production crews and event coordinators.
• Suggest additional equipment or services to help customers complete their projects.
• Report mechanical issues, delays, or safety concerns to dispatch.
• Work flexible hours, primarily night shifts and weekends, to accommodate event schedules.

• Valid Class A CDL license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience (DOT-regulated).
• Previous experience with heavy equipment hauling, flatbed operations, and securing loads preferred.
• Strong knowledge of event logistics, load securement procedures, and rigging safety.
• Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor issues in the field.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor environments, including hot Vegas temperatures.
