We are seeking an Engineer to provide day-to-day operational and technical support for enterprise network services. This role supports labs, end users, and infrastructure environments while ensuring network performance, availability, and reliability across office, lab, and data center environments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide operational and technical network support, including ticket execution via Freshworks and end-user inquiriesMaintain up-to-date schematic diagrams , infrastructure documentation, and low-level architecture designsTrack and maintain network device inventoryMonitor network performance, system availability, and reliabilityInstall, configure, and support network hardware including wireless access points, switches, routers, phones, and data center equipmentSupport LAN, WAN, WiFi, and structured cabling environmentsParticipate in network implementation and upgrade projects as requiredRequired Technical Skills
Experience with Cisco and / or Juniper network equipmentKnowledge of switching and routing technologies, including VLAN, VXLAN, STP, VPC, HSRP, NAT, IPSec, and MPLSFamiliarity with routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and EIGRPUnderstanding of network security principles and firewall technologiesExperience with network monitoring tools , automation, and packet-level traffic analysisFamiliarity with Infoblox, load balancers, wireless controllers, and enterprise network infrastructurePreferred Skills
Experience supporting enterprise or lab-based network environmentsExposure to network automation and scripting toolsExperience in troubleshooting application and network protocol performance issuesQualifications
Background or formal education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related fieldStrong analytical, incident management, and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage time effectively and perform well in high-pressure environmentsPositive attitude with a strong sense of urgency and eagerness to learn new technologiesBenefits
