Key Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting for high-velocity, high-volume roles within the sales ecosystem
Partner with leaders to establish and achieve ambitious hiring goals while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
Collaborate with universities to enhance recruitment efforts and strengthen the employment brand
Required Qualifications
7+ years of recruiting experience, specifically for high-volume GTM roles
Proven success in collaborating with GTM leaders and sourcing candidates for high-velocity roles
Experience in building high-performance sales teams and managing high-volume recruitment pipelines
Operationally sharp with the ability to identify and resolve hiring process bottlenecks
Experience partnering with universities to attract new graduate talent
