Store Auditor - New Mexico

Summary: This role is responsible for conducting daily inventory and cash audits in scheduled stores, ensuring accurate receiving and physical counts. It includes researching discrepancies, training store staff on proper invoice procedures, and compiling audit reports. The position requires both independent work and effective team collaboration.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform inventory audits in scheduled stores daily
• Research inventory audits
• Correct improper receiving
• Complete cash audits on store safes
• Check physical counts for accuracy
• Train store personnel on correct invoice entering
• Compile and provide reports as required
• Must be able to work well in teams as well as alone at times

Role Requirements:

• Extensive travel including overnight/out of town travel

Qualifications: Education

• High School Diploma/GED Required
• Bachelor’s degree or Associate Degree preferred

Qualifications: Experience

• 2 + years related experience and/or Maverik store retail experience

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $18.50 - $22.50/hr. + DOE and Bonus Opportunities
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
