We are looking for a Medical Transport Scheduler who will be responsible for arranging and coordinating non-emergency and emergency medical transportation for patients. This role involves communicating with healthcare providers, patients, and drivers to ensure efficient scheduling and compliance with medical transport regulations.

Responsibilities include :

• Schedule and coordinate medical transport requests based on patient needs and vehicle availability.
• Communicate with healthcare providers, patients, and transportation teams to confirm scheduling details.
• Ensure compliance with medical transport regulations, including HIPAA and safety guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of transport requests, schedules, and patient information in the system.
• Monitor trip progress and resolve any scheduling conflicts or delays.
• Optimize routes and scheduling to maximize efficiency and reduce delays.
• Assist patients and caregivers with inquiries regarding transportation services.
• Work closely with dispatchers and drivers to ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Generate reports on transport activity, delays, and performance metrics.
