Production Receiver

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Production Receiver to support one of our largest electrical distribution clients. The day-to-day responsibilities include data entry of the purchase orders / packing slips into their internal system and scanning orders in to ensure inventory has been documented.

Day to Day

Entering packing slip information into Eclipse for accurate record-keeping

Managing outbound shipments via UPS and FedEx

Handling daily logistics, which typically include around 10 truck deliveries, approximately 100 pallets, and several parcel shipments

Please note : Some orders may require 3+ hours to retrieve, scan, and upload into Eclipse due to their complexity and volume.

Skills and Requirements

Strong confidence and proficiency in using a computer

Reliable, punctual, and maintains a professional demeanor

Exceptional attention to detail, especially when managing paperwork and documentation Experience with data entry

Background in logistics

Familiarity with Eclipse or Cisco Systems platforms
