We are a local family business that has been operating in the islands for almost 40 years and employs about 170 employees. The Art Source, Inc. has three sister companies - Pictures Plus, Plus Interiors & CocoNene. We make products for the home locally here in Hawai'i, in our Manufacturing Facility in Kapolei, and service our customers through our retail locations throughout the Hawaiian Islands. We are paying $20-25 / h for a full-time Mat Design & Production Specialist to assist in the design and manufacturing of art. There is the potential to earn more after 90 days of successfully performing in the position and opportunity to grow over time through employee profit-sharing. Responsibilities :

• Design and create mat layouts and graphics for art products using in-house UV printing technology.
• Utilize graphic design software &operate appropriate machines to produce high-quality, custom mat designs.
• Collaborate with appropriate internal departments to ensure end customer satisfaction and timely completion of orders.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in mat design, printing technology, and graphic design tools to drive innovation.
• May operate various hand tools, equipment and machines.
• Work in a team environment.
