About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP Creative / Creative Director to spearhead the Performance Marketing Creative Team. This role is pivotal in leading the creative direction for high-converting direct response campaigns, with a strong emphasis on video sales letters, ads, email creatives, and sales funnels. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition and retention, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying at the forefront of creative trends and customer psychology, particularly in the online golf and training space. A key aspect of the role is to test and iterate rapidly, guiding creative split tests and performance reviews to optimize for various metrics. The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years' of experience in direct response creative leadership, a proven track record of generating multimillion-dollar revenue through VSLs, ads, emails, and landing pages, and a deep understanding of customer acquisition funnels and behavioral triggers. They should be adept at managing in-house creatives and freelance designers, and have a passion for golf that aligns with the target audience. The role requires a strategic thinker who can ensure the success of customer acquisition funnels and is familiar with creative performance analytics, funnel metrics, and A / B testing. The candidate should be a true A-player, capable of making a massive impact across a high-growth brand, and be prepared to work in a fast-paced, agile, and entrepreneurial team environment.
