WCS Healthcare has a client with an opening for a Director role in their Community Health Clinic. This is a Clinical and Administrative combination position. You will work with leadership and clinical staff to continually improve patient care, while working 3 / 4 of time seeing patients. There is the opportunity to work both in-person and remote! Job Description :

Compensation : $195000 - $215000 Job ID : 29102

Job Function :

• Combination of overseeing clinic provider staff at clinic and having own patient panel.
• Expect 70% clinical and 30% admin overseeing clinic and staff.
• Participate in meetings with medical leadership to promote consistency.
• Provide clinical oversight for improvement and development of organization and site.
• Exam patients and diagnose and treat; consult with specialists and provide overall care.
• Clinic is open 5 days a week but work a combo of in-person and remote hours.
